    Shore excursions include ATV rides, shopping, glass-bottom boat rides, and deep-sea fishing. All excursions are at your own cost.

  • Docked from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Shore excursions include ATV rides, shopping, ziplining, horse riding, and kayaking. All excursions are at your own cost.

Packing List

Whether this is your first cruise or you’re a seasoned traveler, we want to make sure all guests have a positive experience and come prepared. In addition to personal necessities you’ll need for this trip, we recommend you also pack the following:

  • US passport or birth certificate and photo ID

  • Money for excursions and souvenirs

  • Sunscreen

  • Sunglasses

  • Water bottle

  • Medication (Nausea medications if you get seasick)

  • Business casual/formal wear for dinner

  • Formal dinner attire

  • Swimsuit attire

  • Sandals, Tennis shoes

  • Workout attire

  • Leisure attire

  • Electronic chargers (no adapters needed)

  • Toiletries

Day Bag

The day we depart, guests could be separated from their luggage for most of the day. Please bring a day bag with you that contains any important items and documents, such as your ID, phone, charger, wallet, medication, sunscreen, etc.

Prior to the Cruise

Click HERE to create a carnival account and Check In.  Online Check-in can be found under 'My To-Do list'. Please note that if you are a single rep, you are only responsible for checking in for yourself, not the other reps in your cabin. If you are married or traveling with your family, you can complete check in for your entire group.

Online Check-in can be accessed no earlier than 14 days prior to sailing and no later than midnight (eastern time) prior to the sailing date.

As part of the online check in process, you will select an Arrival Appointment for the day of the cruise. This appointment time will be applied to everyone in the cabin, however, you do not all have to arrive with everyone in your cabin. The arrival process will take slightly longer if you are not with your cabin, and if you arrive outside of your arrival appointment window, but you will still be allowed to board the ship as long as you arrive prior to 3:30 pm.

*Note that a company email was used to book the cruise - please update the email address on file to your own email so that you can receive important information and reminders from Carnival.

Travel Document Info

On embarkation day, you will arrive at the port at your appointment time and present your boarding pass, picture ID, and citizenship documents (including any necessary visas). 

You can print your boarding pass or have it ready on your phone, using the Carnival Hub app. You may also choose to print your luggage tags before arriving at the port to speed up the process, but they will have tags there as well.

Any of the following will be acceptable Citizenship Documents

  • U.S. Passport

  • Passport Card

  • Certificate of U.S. Naturalization

  • Native American Indian Card

  • US-born citizens may also use a birth certificate AND government-issued photo ID such as a drivers license; a Mobile/Digital version of a photo ID is not an acceptable form of identification.

Minors: For those under the age of 16, a passport is recommended, but not required. An original or copy of their state-issued birth certificate is required to sail.

Guests who are scheduled to arrive at the terminal before 1:30pm, can check their bags with a porter who will take your luggage to your stateroom for you.

Checked baggage service is only available up to 2 hours before the ship's published departure time. Guests arriving after this time will be responsible for taking their bags on board. 

Lunch is served on Lido Deck from boarding until the commencement of the safety briefing.
